How To Order

Step 1:
Browse through the invitation and stationery designs displayed on the site and choose the one that is the best fit for your event. After choosing your favorite design(s), click "Add To Cart" for each piece of stationery that is needed.
Step 2:
After adding your design(s) to your cart you are ready to place your order. Update the quantity with the number of pieces you need for each item. A minimum order of 10 is required. Please click "Check Out" to be taken to the paypal payment screen. At this point you will be able to edit your order and/or confirm that everything is correct. Log into paypal to process the payment and you will be emailed a copy for your records. At this point you may choose to send your invitation wording to us in the "notes to seller" text box in paypal. Or we will contact you after ordering to obtain your wording details.
Step 3:
After we are notified of your order we will email you within 24-48 hours to obtain the details for your order. Feel free to send to us within a Word document or compose an email. Within 2-3 business days we will email you electronic pdf proofs of your design for you to spell check, test print colors and approve. Your order includes up to 2 rounds of proofs so please make sure you have an additional set of eyes review the design with you. Any additional changes will incur a fee of $25.00 per proof. Please note that no changes to the actual graphic design can be made. If you are looking for a custom invitation or to change the design please contact us for custom invitation pricing

**For more technical designs such as our baseball ticket sets, proofs will be sent within 5-7 days after receiving your wording. Once proofs are approved we will order materials and put the order into print/production. The completed order will be ready to ship within 2-3 weeks after the final proof approval. Please inquire if you have a rush order needed more quickly then this timeframe.*

Step 4:
Once all proofs are finalized and approved we will get your order into production and have it ready for shipping within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped via FedEx ground unless you make other arrangements with us. Shipping costs are included with your purchase. *We will not be responsible for any printing errors after you have given us the final OK to print the order
